I have been putting IO drops straight up in my ears, well everywhere else I can think of and supp'ing with it, which I typically do when I don't get mental and off track cuz I feel so great..anyhoo, well I noticed when I added the drops to my ear, I felt my thyroid kick up, like it was so happy and my body just relaxed immensely....I wonder if anyone knows as to the whys of this conundrum..not that it's a problem, I was like totally going to take me a good six weeks to get my thyro feeling like normal again, and wham, there it goes with the drops in the ears....wayyy cool if you ask me but I figure there must be a Science to the whys...or maybe not?
