Thank you guys! I finally have some answers. I ordered some licorice but Im going to also order some Iodine and coconut oil.

What Iodine do you guys suggest?

I had a feeling low body temp had a hard time processing supplements. How come no one told me this before hahaha. Ive tried everything like enzymes and they dont touch my constipation.

I also found an interesting research paper online that explained how Hypothyroid people can have ascites. Ascites is when fluid builds up in the abdomen and just sits there. This would explain my swelling or bloating!
