There are many studies showing the use of Maca in accidental Lead poisoning to balance hormones.

This is why we started to take it, the Lithium connection didn't click until reading "Minerals for the Genetic Code" where it tied the Left\Right brain spin issue, which showed up in Lyme treatment, with the Nickel\Histidine \Lithium axis...

One note, muscle testing showed that ONLY that fresh squeezed Purple Maca contained the dipeptide in sufficient quantity. But after you get the bottle decant into dropper bottles because one drop equals about one capsule of NOW L-Carnosine.
