Sometimes i fall off the carb wagon and chow on some Ben n Jerrys.. It always makes me sleepy and I sleep all day...
That was my biggest symptom aside from my hair... I had so much trouble getting my ass out of bed and keeping it out.. I was taking those diet suppliments with ephedra before it was illegal for years...
If I chow a lot of breat I get tired too.
