OK so, this works.
After a day on it without eating and taking the soda drink my skin was a lot less itchy and inflamed but still dry so I put a tiny bit of coconut oil on. It´s been really good since then. I´ve followed it up the past day with twice a day doses, in the morning and at night about 2 to 3 hours after dinner. (not supposed to drink a base when food is still present in stomach because it will actually interrupt digestion)

I´m not calling myself eczema free just yet though, as Im not totally clear. There are still a few patches on my nose and forehead but it is a Huge improvement of where I was. I have cleared up like this before randomly so I will continue with the treatment to see how things go, but things are looking good.
