That is interesting. I was vegetarian for about 8 years. I did eat sushi and eggs and cheese so maybe I wan't really eating an all veggie diet. I have been back to eating meat occasionally for the past three years. Mostly because the acupuncturists recommened I eat a little meat like lamb because of my "deficiency" condition.

I do notice that I prefer vegetraian food over meat, so maybe there is something to that.

Eating meat is like taking drugs; and I am hooked on it! :)
