Hey you playing the guilt card ;) Coffee makes me very anxious, the last cup I had was about 6 years ago. I need to make myself a cup of coffee again and sip on it and see if I get the same reaction.

I might not react the same way as I can tolerate some supplements I could not that are similar to coffee such as Sam-e (methyl donors). The reason for this is I now take Topamax which increases the amount of gaba in my brain which will help me cope with methyl donors. Although I don't think coffee is strictly speaking a methyl donor I get the same reaction.

So I am a bit scared of coffee but I love pizza !I think everyone with AF should have one pizza a week. Last night I had one with mince, chillies, olives, avo and green pepper :)

I will try that cup of coffee soon, its like been attacked by a shark, its hard to get back in the water again . LOL
