From what I’ve read and the info you presented, I still think low dose Lithium Orotate and Aspartate are safe, non-toxic and beneficial to brain health.

 

But I do thank you for the excellent info you gave and the URL links to on the benefits of L-Carnosine and Macca (which contains natural L-Carnosine). I’ve put Maca on my wish list of supplements to buy. I’d like to try the one you recommended:
