How do I stop the need and want for my ex girlfriend?? She broke it off with me over 9 months ago, I moved out. We have remained friends, she is in a bad relationship, she is a recovering alcoholic. Sober for over a year now. I am still in love with her....I know I should just not have contact with her but I can't I've tried several times, I'm lost without her and just have a thread of a hope that we could one day be a couple again. I've started Alanon meetings and go to church but I just feel like I'm losing my mind...........
