I have done USMANS protocol. it didn't noticeabley change my symptoms. I think I will do another round of it again soon though now that i'm more strict on the diet and will be doing prescription antifungals.

A nice side effect which I was not expecting is the EDTA in teh protocol reduced my 1.6cm stone into 4 smaller pieces. The urologisst was recommending surgery with a stent.
