thanks very much, not that it feels good to know that others suffer too but somehow it's a bit easier to know that one is not alone in this difficult journey

as far as me, I know that it's something old, not a new critter and because it takes a very long time to eliminate, one can become very discouraged and hopeless at times when it's bad

it is leaving continuously and very slowly which might be better for my body but it's definitely trying time for my soul
