hi...i've been a silent reader here for a while, but if it's of any help, i've done a lot of coffee enemas before (and still do occasionally), when i was really ill, part being adrenal fatigue. i don't know what grade it was, at the time i wasn't even aware a lot of my symptoms were adrenal fatigue and hypothyoid. i was too sick and weak/fragile to even think. so i was in bad shape and the coffee enemas actually were the only time in the day i felt good. i was doing them daily, and then twice daily when i did gerson therapy.

anyway, i guess everyone is different, but i hope it helps you as much as it did me.
