Yeah, I'm aware of the risk here. I'm tired of wondering if it could help and not doing anything because I'm afraid. My digestion is a major issue for me and so I feel like it's worth it to try.

Your friend who crashed himself, how many did he do? Did he crash from just one? How often did he do them? How severe of a crash was it? How sick was he? Thanks for elaborating.
