You should never use Lithium, not sure how effective sweating is for brain nickel content...

But good Purple Maca or the dipeptide L-Carnosine (beta-alanyl-L-histidine) works well.

Both are expensive so IMO MacaPro XP Professional Purple Maca Liquid Extract goes further:
