Hi Shara,

I've also had Acne for a LONG time. I've been able to control my symptoms by changing my diet through the paleo diet. Paleo recommends eating fruits, vegetables, meat and fish and avoiding/limiting sugars, grains, and dairy. I've seen huge improvements with avoiding grains, apparently I'm slightly gluten intolerant. Try it, see if it helps!
