Congratulations! I read a few of your posts and it seems a key in getting rid of candida for you was putting acidophiuls into almond butter. Is that correct - it was key ? I feel the candida diet robbed me of many nutrients. I did a little excel spreadsheet and I was low in many many nutrients. Had to start making vegetable broth for potassium, rubbing magnesium oil into my skin. I'm still very tired but have B complex shots here to do yet. B12 didn't help me at all.
