You've thrown me a little because I thought you were not going to take the Epsom Salts .

I suggested the Andrews Livers Salts because they are readily available in the UK from any chemists. It taste OK because it has citric acid in it and its half the strength of Epsom Salts . If you are going to take the Epsom Salts then take a smaller dose as I said and, yes, take it with juice. Consequently you will not need the Epsom salts.

You can drink juice before and after the Epsom salts but leave half an hour either side. Also stop drinking an hour before consuming the olive oil potion.

How is Cornwall this winter? My ancestors where farm owners came from Liskeard.
