most humans today, especially those exposed to *modern* foods, are literally *deficient* in a great many nutrients, and what people seem to have a hard time grasping is... when we take isolated supplements, whether it be in some whole food derived form (far safer than synthetics) or not, we always raise the risk of offsetting a nutrient balance.

With an increase in consumption of high quality, acidic fats, comes an increased need for certain alkaline minerals... that are then made into *complexes* such as glycolipids, and lypoproteins (look up either along with *bone* in a search engine), among other things, in the body.

acid\alkaline balance... or pH balance... or + and - balance, or *electrical* balance... I am sure you have heard of the body electric.

After reading this, you may begin to understand that we are under a huge burden to even stay well... let alone heal.

Our economy is primarily based upon the very things that make, and then keep us physically, mentally, and spiritually sick, such as biotech, pharma, big agra, chemical, EM pollution, etc.
