Was up several times during the night, more watery stool, more white rice and pinworms, and then this morning, an orange-brown foam. I figure there is nothing left in my gut, so I'm now passing air. Saw clumps of stuff as well, that could well be candida. Hoping it will be better today. There is nothing left solid to come out of me.

BTW, lost 3 lbs. in one day.
