I've had an external one for months. It's ugly and annoying and no, I did not get it from straining.

I'm wondering if doing a month long fast and nothing coming out but liquid/dilluted liquid from the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) would give it a break from being irritated and go away?

I want to do a long fast anyway. Currently on day 3 but this would just be another benefit.
