Um... it is like Carlson's on steroids... with just a half teaspoonful. If I forget a day, I just take a teaspoonful the next.

My eyesight has not been perfect since a truck battery exploded in my face when I was about 19 - blinded for a while I was - my left eye taking the brunt of it... this stuff has made a noticeable difference... my eyes must like the fats and vitamin A in this stuff.

IMO and experience YMMV.
