I just got doing a MC, a short one. it was my 3rd. the day I was coming off(yesterday) I suddenly broke out in itchy blisters just on my knees! soon they went away. I was told by a friend that this was a sign the liver was detoxing. and a woman on the Master-Cleanse board said I should do a liver cleanse.
any suggestions? what this means? has anyone experienced this type of outbreak? how do I do a liver flush?
