Hi,

Just out of curiosity, if I eat vegan, most or much organic, and do regular herbal cleansing to get and stay healthy, how do costs compare to being an omnivore and seeing an NMD regularly? My NMD is getting more expensive and I'm being charged more. Good quality meats are not cheap either. even if it is expensive, if it can get me living right again, or a lot better, I'd say it's worth it.

The chronic borderline low magnesium I've had for 15+ years tells me that I don't absorb Mg good at all. I have a feeling vegan diet may help that, if not sooner, it will later. If I can fix that, and go jogging [like I used to LOVE to do], I'll be one happy camper. Jogging was so good for my head.
