Funny how I was just wondering about these things when along you come and explain why we should Bowel Cleanse first!

The way I had understood things, it was liver problems that cause colon problems and not the other way around. It seemed to me that insufficient bile - which could have a dozen different causes but mostly poor bile salt production - would cause constipation, and then that would bring about the buildup in the transverse portion of the colon, which in turn presses against the liver, increasing the pathological situation there. In other words, a chicken & egg matter.

In any case, I will take your word for it that colon cleansing, a real thorough one, should be #1. And I always find your posts helpful; I'm glad you are here.
