Grz, you could be onto something here. I know in myself, that getting into the garden, barefoot, and with my hands in the soil, I have a sense of great wellbeing. If I'm ill, (doesn't happen much these days), the best remedy, bar none, is to get out into the garden, get into the soil, grounding myself. The ocean is also a great place of healing, full of micro-organisms.

We are as connected to our Earth, and the life in and around us, as we are to the Universe, we've just forgotten this fact.
