This may be a shot in the dark but I have a question.

I've read somewhere on this site that normal people who don't have gallbladder/gallstone problems usually flush their Gallstones out when eating a large fatty meal. I know this happens to them because it's before the stones are large enough to bother anything.

My question is: would it be effective to fast all day, take the Epsom Salt doses, and eat a very fatty meal equivalent to the amount of fat in the olive oil.

If anyone has any information about this, please share!
