Listen, if your AF is a severe and not mild case, you will do your body a disservice by consulting with Hanna, Dorine or dr. Lam. If your AF is severe, chances are high you'll be sensitive to vit C, which is lam's main focus. If you look over the posts over the last few months, you'll see that many of us tried Lam and came away WORSE off because we had to be on jacked up levels of C, and now many of us can't take C at all. Also, a good number of us came away weaker and sicker after being through the wringer with Lam. Add to that you'll be paying them. I went through 5 months with the lams and my AF worsened dramatically.

Seriously, their protocol is very simple, and they just adjust the level of vit C up or down depending on how you're doing. Anyone here on this forum would be happy to give you their simple protocal. Unless you have mild AF, don't waste your money on it.
