I'm only using natural products, including my soap and shampoo. My toothpaste is Auromere at the moment, and am thinking of switching to highly alkaline baking soda as an experiment. Or something with xylitol.

The brand of cod liver oil, since you asked, is Carlson Labs. It contains Norweigan cod liver oil, gelatin, glycerin and water. I avoid any supplement that contains compound chemicals like alpha-hydroxy acids, magnesium stearate, and also preservatives. I take this Megafood Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium pill that was also mega-expensive, and am almost at the end of my wildcrafted Vadik Herbs Triphala which was a trade for some pro bono work I did, and normally is $15-20 a bottle.

I have documented the dosage and frequency of the supplements I'm taking on the Treatments page. It is tougher to update that page but I think it is helpful to keep track for my own sake and for others who might wonder what else I've tried and how long I've done it.
