I dissected my first POMEGRANATE two weeks ago, what an amazing fruit! I gorge on whatever is in season and on sale. It may not always be organic but at least it is alive!

Here is link I found interesting showing some of the disadvantages of eating a purely raw diet. The truth always seems to be found somewhere in the middle of any any issue.
