Prolamine Iodine......iodine bound to a corn protein.

I am familiar with standard process, but I don't have any experience with that product personally. You might search around here a little and see what kind of results people were getting.....more out of curiosity at this point since you aren't on it anymore.

But you got yourself to 50mg of prolamine Iodine and then starting taking 50mg of Iodoral? is this correct?

I am just not sure how much detoxing the prolamine does, that is my curiosity....

you might take a break for a few days and see if you warm up.

keep up the salt loading, are you doing that?
and if you start cramping do 1/4tsp salt and 1/4 tsp potassium chloride
