Thanks for the advice. Yeah, during the exrays and checkup I had the other day, when nothing was even happening, i was a mess. I had Bach's rescue remedy that I kept using because I was nervous. The dentist I have is grumpy and kept rolling his eyes at me and sighing.

Tomorrow I won't be able to pull out any nuts because it's a cleaning they're doing. Also, I can't come up for air every 2 minutes to take the rescue remedy.
