If you discover the trick to gaining weight please let me know. My latest fad attempt at weight gain has been to cut out all gluten because I read it shrinks the villa fingers in the small intestine which interferes with proper absorption of nutrients. It has been nearly two months but no weight gain yet but I will continue to abstain from gluten and keep hoping.
