Now that I think about it, I have been waiting longer than I should to eat meals (being busy and not wanting to interrupt what I am doing to eat). Since I have been going long hours in between eating, I noticed that I have been cold (about 2-3 weeks) in between eating.

Today after I e-mailed you, I ate and within 30 min I was warm. Low blood Sugar = cold.

I already take a comprehensive mutli which has copper and zinc.

I'll keep tabs on any other symptoms that I show.

I did want to ask if any of the Iodine dr's recommended copper supplementation as part of their protocol. Large amounts of Vitamin C interfere with copper absorption.
