I know isn't it a frustrating confusing labyrinth of ideas and avenues!! Sometimes, you just don't know what to believe.

I have been fortunate to have made progress in the last 2 months or so. I'm a 5'10" male. I was at 135 now up to 145-147 could go higher if I pigged out. Sleep problems gone for quite some time. I wish I had a better record of everything I've done/eaten. I've been logging everything and being quite vigalent for a couple months now though.

This HCL thing may be nothing?? But I can't afford any lab tests or non-insurance covered medical services these days. I'm on my own for now!

What type of overgrowth do you speak of?
