Going to the dentist tomorrow for a cleaning, and am afraid I'll go hypoglycemic and/or get a panic attack in the waiting room or the dentist chair. I went last week to get a check up with the dentist and I was so panicky/weak/dizzy/nauseas with waiting and not eating.

Anyone have tips on how to survive tomorrow????
