I did have 2 health scares back to back an year ago and didnt have any choice if I wanted to go back to normal healthy life. Bumped on WF by accident.I wish I had known about this years ago... So, yes, I am not young any more and full of toxins. This year I will focus on LF,too

You pretty much discribed my normal refeeding (this is not my first 21 days WF ).Classics say one day refeeding for 4 days fasting which is pretty much the same numbers of days you mentioned. I am pretty good in refeeding and never had any problems adjusting to normal food. Now , after you said,I would have to pay more attention to BM etc. Thank you for that! The Nature is so amazing, gets us back on track pretty fast
In general I dont know much about Master cleanse but you got my attention for sure! And, great idea for the wakame.
