you upped it to 50 in the last three weeks
from zero??????

what happens when you take more vitamin C????
Loose stools?

I could tolerate about the same as you until 2 weeks ago
I killed off some bug, probably C. Difficile , and now I can handle more C and Magnesium both.....
something to think about
I used this product called Biocidin liquid, all purpose herbal antibug killer.....
