Ditto to what G-girl says and:

don't forget it is ok to:

lower dosage
take breaks
pulse your dosing
experiment cautiously with higher dosages
use salt pushes as you need

That happened to me after a few months in
it freaked me out and I put Iodine on the side for a over a year before I came back.....don't be foolish like me, take a break if you need but not so loooooooooong
