Hello,

I have upped my daily dosage of iodoral to about 50mg per day over the last 3 weeks. Over the past couple of days I have been freezing cold and my hair has been shedding more than usual. I am not sure if these are transient hypo signs or part of a bromide detox. I am not sure if this is a good sign or if my body is telling me to chill on the amount of Iodine I am taking. Please help.

Also, if this is temp. how long can I expect this to last (generally speaking)
