Iodine loading test is for determining if you need to supplement, but you can also use it when you are already on Iodine and if it shows that you are not defficient....just an idea :)
Do you consider 50mg being the minimum even for people without specific healthissues?
Also, is my conversion correct that this would mean 11 drops of iosol http://www.iherb.com/Iosol-Formula-II-1-fl-oz-30-ml/4785?at=0
