How is raw food and juicing relevant to Water Fast forum? I dont care for any pre-fast info whatsoever.
Some childish info that somebody tried 3 days raw and started cheating right way...How exciting ! There are enough people here already who regularly announced ANY number of days fasting and fail at the beginning...

C'mmon ,people !Get over to the weight lost or whatever else is out there.
