I don't think you messed up at all. You posted your pre Water Fast plans which is important for successful water fasting. Yes, it was ok to eat the tortillas. After all, you are not in the Water Fasting phase yet and you will do a three day juice fast to help prepare for the water fast. I hope you will continue posting. With this kind of preparation your Water Fasting posts should be interesting for us all.
