My Doctor (Naturopath) suggested I take the Iodine Loading Test and found I was low in Iodine! But it is not the 50 mg a day Iodoral (Iodine/Iodide) that has made the most difference in my life. It is Trapper's SSKI w/mag that gave me the most benefit.

I'm out of it now and back to taking only the 50 mg of Iodoral. And although I know the Iodoral is helping me long term I don't feel the immediate benefit of "relief" that I felt when I added an additional 450 mg (more or less) of Trappers SSKI w/ Mag. More on that after I start back on the SSKI w/mag and see my symptoms again improve :-)
