Hopefully someone else will also answer with an opinion. If you do a few days of fruit then the Liver-Flush you should do fine. You have indicated apples. How long a Water Fast have you been on? If more than a week, you may want to add some other fruits as well to acclimate the body back to digestion. Otherwise, the oil may be a shock to the system. With a Water Fast and some fresh fruit, the liver should be good and ready to dump. A Liver-Flush after The Master Cleanse seems to do well for most people and that is close to fasting.
