Well Im a believer. I have been lurking here for a few days but haved suffered from SD for about 20 years. I have been drinking baking soda in my water just a little bit for 2 days now and have used baking soda topically and have seen the best results of anything i have ever put on my skin. I am also taking a yeast cleanse from solaray and im doing really well. I might just have to put up a before and after shots for you guys.
