Have you thought about getting your neck evaluated by a qualified chiropractractor?

The teeth extraction might have forced your neck into extension irritating the first two cervicals and possibly giving you this vertigo...

Hemicranial/ top of the head headaches, facial pain(or tingling)and vertigo associated with limited neck motion might suggest a cervical problem.

You should at least get an evaluation...you may be very happily surprised by the results!
