I am about week way from the end of my fast ( shooting @ 21 days ).Really want to do Liver-Flush ,starting with refeeding with all the 9 yards,aplles and then fruit /oil mix. I hope that by day 6-7 of refeeding, my liver will be ready for it .
Not really sure what the compications may be and dont want to get sick etc. Is there anyone here that had done this ? How long I should wait to do it?
I am sorry if this is O/T but it is aslo related to my WF
