Tetosterone is a stimulant, it will make your adrenal fatigue worse, much worse. If you want to use hormone replacement rather use hydrocortisone. Once you are on the hydrocortisone then you can look at the tetosterone replacement. The correct dose of hydrocortisone is 20 to 30 mg a day in divided doses.
