Yes, I never had trust on drugs because drugs have harmful nasty side effects and when people start taking drugs, they need to keep taking for life.
To be honest, I have no trust on drug companies.

I copied links you provided for me carefully on my note book and take my time to read.
I am 99% vegan and never ate meat over 40 years.
Needless to say, I stop buying dairy and eggs long time ago knowing sickening brutalities in these industries.
Now I can have hope to lower my BP and this morning when I checked my BP 4 times, here is result.
112/70,120/75, 104/66,144/117,
I hope my BP machine is recording correctly because it is so hard for me to believe result.
I never had this much low BP in the past.
