You might have developed chronic sinus infection...just start maybe with the basics...lots of rest, fresh air every day, sinus wash*, vitamin C / ecchinacea and probiotics...

See how you do with that before searching further!

* you can by a thingy(sorry I forgot the name)that looks like a thea pot that you fill with saline solution and pour in your nostrils...it works! Ask your pharmacist!
